GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Impact's training program starts with classes at age 2 (parent-tot) or age 3 (unassisted). This is recreational, not competitive.

TEAM GYMNASTICS

Our competitive program offers Men’s USAG levels 4-10, Women’s USAG level’s 3-10, XCEL levels bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond.

GYMNASTICS CLINICS

Open Clinics are perfect for students who want more time in the gym to hone a skill without the commitment of additional monthly tuition.

The Impact Girl's Team continues to grow and have great success. We offer competition for USAG Levels 3-10 and Xcel Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All levels are by invitation.
